Diagnosis before parts
Making the right repair decision.
Before arranging collection, tell us where the vehicle is, whether it rolls and steers, and what happened immediately before it stopped. That helps us plan suitable access and transport.
Recovery takes the vehicle to a safe destination; diagnosis is a separate step. If it comes to our workshop, we agree the initial checks and contact you before repair work begins.
